Refund and Returns Policy

Please read the following carefully. If you wish to request a refund, you must create a support ticket through the Support section on our website.

Refund Requests Must Be Clear and Justified:

  • Before purchasing any service, we strongly recommend requesting a trial account. This allows you to test our service, and only proceed with a paid plan if you are satisfied. If you skip the trial and purchase a long-term plan, refund requests will not be considered valid based on dissatisfaction.

  • Slow internet speed on your end is not a valid reason for a refund. Our services require stable and sufficient bandwidth. Please ensure your internet connection is compatible before purchase.

  • The NAMEX support team is available 24/7. If you are unable to set up the NAMEX service on your device for any reason, this is not a reason for a refund. Please refer to the setup tutorials provided. Lack of technical knowledge or improper setup is not covered by our refund policy.

  • If you accidentally selected the wrong service duration (for example, you meant to purchase a 3-month plan but selected and paid for a 12-month plan), you may submit a refund request by creating a support ticket with the title “Payment Error.” Our team will review your case, and if found valid, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund requests made within the last 7 days of your account’s expiration will not be accepted under any circumstances.
