Please read the following carefully. If you wish to request a refund, you must create a support ticket through the Support section on our website.
Refund Requests Must Be Clear and Justified:
Before purchasing any service, we strongly recommend requesting a trial account. This allows you to test our service, and only proceed with a paid plan if you are satisfied. If you skip the trial and purchase a long-term plan, refund requests will not be considered valid based on dissatisfaction.
Slow internet speed on your end is not a valid reason for a refund. Our services require stable and sufficient bandwidth. Please ensure your internet connection is compatible before purchase.
The NAMEX support team is available 24/7. If you are unable to set up the NAMEX service on your device for any reason, this is not a reason for a refund. Please refer to the setup tutorials provided. Lack of technical knowledge or improper setup is not covered by our refund policy.
If you accidentally selected the wrong service duration (for example, you meant to purchase a 3-month plan but selected and paid for a 12-month plan), you may submit a refund request by creating a support ticket with the title “Payment Error.” Our team will review your case, and if found valid, your refund will be processed.
Refund requests made within the last 7 days of your account’s expiration will not be accepted under any circumstances.
